To edit your personal information, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your personal area by clicking on this link.
2. In the menu, click on the “My Account” tab.
3. Click on the pencil icon to access the editing of your personal information.

To edit the following information:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Date of Birth

To import your medical images to your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your personal area by clicking on this link.
2. In the menu, click on the “Import” tab.
3. Drag and drop your files into the indicated area:
   • Drag and drop your files directly into the designated area.
   • Click on the indicated area and select the files you wish to import.
4. PDF and JPG formats are not accepted. Currently, only DICOM formats are accepted.

To log in to your AgoraCare account, follow these steps:

1. Click on this link.
2. Enter your card number and temporary password in the appropriate fields.
3. Enter the six-digit code received on your mobile device.
4. During your first login, you will be able to replace the temporary password with your personal password.

To retrieve your images from other institutions, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your personal area by clicking on this link.
2. In the menu, click on the “Proxy” tab.
3. Select “New Proxy”.
4. Identify the institutions where you had your medical examinations.
5. Ensure you sign your proxy and upload it directly from our platform or send it to us by post to finalize the process.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on this link.
2. Enter your AgoraCare card number in the AgoraCare ID field.
3. Select the option “Forgot Password?”.
4. A new password will be sent to you by post.

To share your medical images, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your personal area by clicking on this link.
2. In the menu, click on the “Share” tab.
3. Select “Create a new share”.
4. Enter the recipient’s email address (e.g., healthcare professional) to grant them access to your records.
